Welcome to Camper2Park.

Camper2Park is a service operated by BOBILEKSPERTEN AS, Norway. These Terms of Use apply when you access or use camper2park.com, including the Camper2Park map, location pages, community features and related services.

By using Camper2Park, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the terms, you should not use the service.

1. About Camper2Park

Camper2Park provides information intended to help motorhome and caravan travellers find places and services such as:

• Motorhome parking areas
• Campsites
• Motorhome service points and waste disposal stations
• Motorhome and caravan dealers and workshops
• LPG stations
• Other useful locations and services for travellers

Information may come from Camper2Park, location owners, public sources, third-party sources and contributions from users.

Camper2Park is an information service. We do not operate or control the locations listed on the website unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Accuracy of location information

We work to keep the information on Camper2Park as accurate and useful as possible. However, information can change without notice.

This may include, for example:

• Opening hours
• Seasonal and winter opening
• Waste disposal availability
• Prices
• Facilities
• Number of spaces
• Maximum vehicle size
• Access restrictions
• Parking regulations
• Contact information
• Road access and local conditions

Information marked as “Open during winter”, for example, indicates that the location has been reported or registered as offering the relevant service during the winter season. It is not a guarantee that the service will be available on a particular day.

Users should always check local information, official information and conditions at the location before relying on information provided by Camper2Park.

“Not registered” means that Camper2Park does not currently have verified information about that item. It must not be interpreted as either “Yes” or “No”.

3. Driving, parking and local regulations

You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle can legally and safely access and use a location.

Camper2Park cannot guarantee that roads, entrances, parking areas or facilities are suitable for your particular motorhome, caravan or other vehicle.

Always follow:

• Traffic regulations
• Road signs
• Parking restrictions
• Weight, height, width and length restrictions
• Instructions from landowners and location operators
• Local laws and regulations

Information on Camper2Park does not override official signs or instructions at the location.

4. Community contributions

Camper2Park allows users to help improve the service by submitting information.

Depending on the available features, users may be able to:

• Suggest corrections to existing locations
• Report facilities or services
• Report whether a service point is open during winter
• Suggest new locations
• Upload photos
• Submit reviews
• Submit tips and updates
• Provide other useful information

User submissions may be reviewed before being added to or used in Camper2Park.

Submitting information does not give the user a right to have the information published or retained.

Camper2Park may approve, reject, edit, categorize, moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary to maintain the quality, safety and usefulness of the service.

5. Responsibility for submitted information

When submitting information to Camper2Park, you must make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information is correct.

You must not knowingly submit:

• False or misleading information
• Fake locations
• Spam or advertising disguised as user information
• Illegal content
• Abusive or offensive content
• Content that infringes the rights of another person
• Personal information about another person without a lawful reason to provide it

Repeated or deliberate misuse of Community features may result in submissions being blocked or removed.

6. Photos and other user-provided content

You may only upload photos, text or other material that you have the right to submit.

By submitting content to Camper2Park, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant BOBILEKSPERTEN AS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, resize, adapt, publish, display, distribute and otherwise use the content as reasonably necessary to operate, develop and promote Camper2Park.

This includes use of contributed material on Camper2Park websites, related services and Camper2Park promotional channels.

You confirm that your submission does not infringe copyright, privacy rights or other rights belonging to another person.

Where content contains personal data, applicable privacy laws continue to apply regardless of this content licence.

7. Reviews, tips and updates

Reviews and user updates represent the views and experiences of the individual contributor.

BOBILEKSPERTEN AS does not necessarily endorse opinions expressed by users.

Camper2Park may moderate or remove reviews or contributions that are clearly unrelated, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or otherwise contrary to these Terms.

Location owners or other third parties do not have the right to alter a user’s genuine opinion merely because they disagree with it.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Camper2Park’s own content, design, database structure, graphics, logos, software and other original material are owned by or licensed to BOBILEKSPERTEN AS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use Camper2Park for normal personal use.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Systematically copy or republish substantial parts of the Camper2Park database
• Scrape or automatically extract substantial amounts of location data
• Reproduce Camper2Park content for a competing database or service
• Remove copyright or ownership notices
• Use Camper2Park trademarks or branding in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist

Normal linking to Camper2Park pages is permitted.

9. Third-party services and links

Camper2Park may contain links to or integrate information from third parties, including for example:

• Location owners
• Campsites
• Dealers
• Mapping and navigation services
• Weather services
• Social media
• Advertisers
• Booking or commercial services

Third-party websites and services are operated independently of Camper2Park.

BOBILEKSPERTEN AS is not responsible for their availability, content, pricing, privacy practices, terms or services.

10. Advertising and commercial links

Camper2Park may display advertising, sponsored content or commercial links.

Some links may be affiliate links, meaning BOBILEKSPERTEN AS may receive a commission if a user makes a purchase or booking through the link.

Where appropriate, sponsored or commercial relationships should be identified.

Advertising or inclusion of a business on Camper2Park does not automatically constitute an endorsement or guarantee of that business.

11. Availability of the service

We aim to keep Camper2Park available and functioning, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

The service may temporarily be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Technical problems
• Hosting or network failures
• Third-party service failures
• Updates or changes to Camper2Park

Features, location information and parts of the service may be changed, added or removed over time.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Camper2Park is provided primarily as an information and planning service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BOBILEKSPERTEN AS is not responsible for losses or damage resulting from reliance on incorrect, incomplete or outdated location information.

This includes, for example, a location being closed, full, inaccessible or unsuitable, or a facility or service being unavailable despite information shown on Camper2Park.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Privacy

BOBILEKSPERTEN AS processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

14. Cookies and similar technologies

Camper2Park may use cookies and similar technologies for necessary functionality, analytics, advertising and other purposes.

Non-essential cookies and similar technologies are used only in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

Users can manage their choices through the cookie consent settings available on Camper2Park.

15. Changes to these Terms

Camper2Park may update these Terms of Use when the service, functionality or applicable requirements change.

The current version and date will be published on this page.

Material changes may also be communicated through the website where appropriate.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.

Mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
